HGRMA Annual Dues

Property owners are required to pay an annual fee of $600 for each tract owned. Invoices will be sent to property owners within 60 days prior to the following calendar year.

The annual assessment covers all expenses related to the maintanence and saftey initiatives regarding Highland Gap Road.
